- Paul NWe recently purchased a Napoleon propane fireplace insert from the Stove Barn in Concord, NH. The staff at the showroom were knowledgeable and helpful in selecting an insert which would fit our needs and also be in line with our budget. Unfortunately, the first unit we selected would not fit in the allotted space. James, the installer, asked us to consider a different unit. That second unit arrived more quickly than we anticipated and a date was set for the installation. James, and his assistants, were professional and thorough and paid meticulous attention to the smallest detail. Once the installation was complete, we had a beautiful, and realistic, fireplace insert which exceeded our expectations in terms of both appearance and performance. We are happy we selected the Stove Barn for this project and we would recommend them without reservation.
